RETURNS:
We will accept returns within 14 days form the data of the shipments of the goods.
We will charge shipment costs.
Procedure:
- The customer wills end an email to ordini@spinning.it specifying the reason of the return
- The customer will send the goods which will have to be whole in the package, new and with the tag attached to the item
- We will send the bank transfer within 3 days from the data of the reception and check of the goods.
